Elevation of a monumental tomb bearing the arms of the Scourfield family. With a variety of inscriptions, the main text commencing: "HEERE LYETH THE BODY OF WILLIAM SCOWRFIELD OF THE NEW MOTE ESQVIER WHO DECEASED THE 22 DAY OF MARCH Ao.DNI 1621...". The drawing is headed by the brief inscription: "At the East End of Mote Church Pemb.Shire".
