'Ribbon Lizard and Broad-tailed Lizard'
Zoological studies of two lizards: figure 1, the Australian Striped Skink (Ctenotus taeniolatus); and figure 2 the Broad-tailed Gekko (Phyllurus platurus). Both reptiles are native to Australia. Plate 32 from Journal of a voyage to New South Wales...by John White (J.Debrett, London, 1790). The plate is inscribed: "S.Stone delin. 1. Ribbon Lizard. 2. Broad-tailed Lizard. Published as the Act directs Dec: 29, 1789, by J.Debrett."
