Plate 3 from the book Observations on the cow-pock, by John Coakley Lettsom (Nichols & Son for Joseph Mawman, London, 1801) Inscribed below the image: "G. Pearson, M.D. F.R.S. &c." George Pearson was elected a Fellow of the Royal Society in 1791.
