Plate 12 from the paper "Observations on the genus Ocythoe of Rafinesque, with a description of a new species" by William Elford Leach, Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society, vol.107 (1817), pp.293-296. Six views of the cephalopod Argonauta hians, including details of arms and shell. The work is inscribed with publication and plate details. Not signed. Royal Society stamp verso.
