Cycnoches ventricosum
Botanical illustration of Cycnoches ventricosum or swan orchid. Depicting a single specimen with a thick stem bearing leaves along its length. A single racemen emerges from between the leaves and branches down to the left holding six large yellow flowers with the sepals and petals resembling the expanded wings of a swan. An old stem can be seen to the right, darker in appearance with horizontal markings and a dried seed pod [?].
