'Carolina ammothea'

Marine zoological study of the invertebrate Ammothea carolinensis found in the Antarctic Ocean, with one detail. Plate 13 from The zoological miscellany; being a description of new, or interesting animals, by William Elford Leach, volume 1 (London, 1815). The plate is inscribed: "Drawn Engraved & Published by R. Nodder." William Elford Leach (1790-1836) British naturalist was elected a Fellow of the Royal Society in 1816.
