'Balaena Rostrata, Fabricus [Minke whale?]'
Plate 20 for the paper "Observations on the structure and oeconomy of whales", by John Hunter, Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society vol. 77 part 1 1787 pp.371-450. Two views of the whale. Figure 1 is a view of the animal's left side with an inset key to measurements. The dorsal fin is absent and shown by a dotted line. Figure 2 is a plan view of the tail. Numbered "V". Not signed. Britannia design watermark.
