The Royal Society Print Shop is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.

The Royal Society employs the services of Prodigi (registered office is 15/17 North Park Road, Harrogate, HG1 5PD), to provide print on demand API and manufacturing. Prodigi operate as a data processor for the of the fulfilment of print orders on behalf of the Royal Society. Prodigi may use sub-processors to fulfil and deliver orders, process payments and provide support services, for more details please visit the Prodigi Privacy Policy.
The Royal Society Print Shop website is hosted by the Canadian e-commerce company Shopify, who provide the software to run the online store. Shopify operate as a data processor to provide us with their services and enable us to manage the Royal Society Print Shop. In the course of providing their services, Shopify may use sub-processors to process personal data, you can view a current list of sub-processors online at Shopify’s sub-processors.
What type of Information we have
- When you visit, register with, or order products from the Royal Society Print Shop, you may be asked to provide certain information about yourself, such as personal identifiers and contact details, as well as credit or debit card information.

Data Retention
Your data is securely stored on the Shopify servers and is accessible to Prodigi and Royal Society Print Shop staff via a secure, password protected administration platform.
We keep your personal details for a period of up to 7 years, then we will delete your information from the Shopify platform.
