Stanhopea tigrine

Botanical illustration of Stanhopea tigrine or the tiger-like Stanhopea orchid. A specimen showing large broad leaves emerging from small pseudo bulbs with roots. The scape is shown pendulous and bearing large yellow flowers with purple tiger-like markings. Detail of the lip and column lower right hand corner.
