Ichthyological study of two Brazilian fish species, a hind fish, here styled Cugupu-guaca, and an unknown species, possibly of piranha, here styled Piratia pua.
Printed inscription: ‘Pises aculeatj unica ni Dorso pinna radys anterioribus spinosis: Posterioribus mollibus/ 1. Cugupu-guaca Brasiliensibus. Iacob Evertren. Belgis./ 2. Piratia pua. Brasiliensibus./ Tab. T. Sumptibus D. Arthuri Rawdon Baronetti.’ With further handwritten inscription ‘[1] male hie collocatur vide app. T. 6./ The Hind Bahama’.
